Rooks Creek Community Consolidated School District #425 Board of Education met Sept. 13.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

The Board of Education of Rooks Creek C.C.S.D. #425 held a regular board meeting at the school. School Board Vice-President Ryan Hansen called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Roll call: Elizabeth Alvey, present; John Grampp, present; Ryan Hansen, present; Kristen Hinz, absent; Steve Mattingly, present; Abby Rinker, present; Kassandra Ryerson, present.

Superintendent Todd Bean and Jodi Minnaert were also present.

A motion was made by Elizabeth Alvey, seconded by John Grampp to approve the agenda. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Kassandra Ryerson, seconded by Steve Mattingly to approve the August minutes. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Kassandra Ryerson to approve the August Treasurer’s Report. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Elizabeth Alvey to approve the September payment of bills. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

Action Items:

A motion was made by Kassandra Ryerson, seconded by Abby Rinker to approve FY 2022 budget as presented. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Elizabeth Alvey, seconded by Ryan Hansen to approve the School Project Maintenance Grant as presented. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Ryan Hansen, seconded by John Grampp to approve all field trips as presented. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Ryan Hansen to adjourn at 7:54 p.m. Voice vote. All Ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.
