Cornell median home prices rose by 83.2% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Cornell rose by $37,450 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,450 - a 83.2% increase over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cornell in the fourth quarter of 2020.
