Forrest home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Forrest rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $93,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Forrest in the fourth quarter of 2020.
