Flanagan median home prices rose by 18.9% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Flanagan rose by $13,250 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,500 - a 18.9% increase over the $70,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Flanagan in the third quarter of 2020.
