Pricing for the median home in Fairbury increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Fairbury rose by $32,166 while total sales decreased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,166 - a 33.2% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Fairbury in the third quarter of 2020.
