The third quarter of 2020: Odell experienced a 24.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Odell rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 24.6% increase over the $95,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Odell in the third quarter of 2019.
