Median home prices in Odell rose to $115,500 in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Odell rose by $55,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,500 - a 92.5% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Odell in the first quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Odell for 2019 was $1,982. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,904. This marks an increase of 4.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
