What happened to the median home price in Forrest during the second quarter of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Forrest fell by $33,000 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 24.8% decrease over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Forrest in the second quarter of 2017.
