The first quarter of 2018: Cullom experienced a 32.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Cullom fell by $21,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,750 - a 32.2% decrease over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cullom in the first quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Cullom for 2018 was $1,392. In 2017, the median sales tax was $1,345. This marks an increase of 3.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3%.
