Median home prices in Odell rose to $60,000 in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Odell rose by $22,695 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 60.8% increase over the $37,305 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Odell in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Odell for 2018 was $1,904. In 2017, the median sales tax was $1,858. This marks an increase of 2.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.2%.
