Fairbury home prices rose in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Fairbury rose by $76,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 153% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Fairbury in the first quarter of 2017.
