The second half of 2021: Home prices in Saunemin fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Saunemin fell by $26,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 - a 46.9% decrease over the $56,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Saunemin in the second half of 2020.
