Pricing for the median home in Cornell decreased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Cornell fell by $47,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 48.5% decrease over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Cornell in the second half of 2020.
