The second half of 2020: Cullom experienced a 36.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Cullom fell by $33,250 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,500 - a 36.6% decrease over the $90,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cullom in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Cullom for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,341, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
