The second half of 2020: Home prices in Flanagan increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Flanagan rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,000 - a 51% increase over the $75,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Flanagan in the second half of 2019.
