Pontiac median home prices fell by 7.4% in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Pontiac fell by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,500 - a 7.4% decrease over the $84,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Pontiac in the first half of 2018.
