What happened to the median home price in Cullom during the first half of 2018?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Cullom fell by $44,950 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 56.2% decrease over the $79,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Cullom in the first half of 2017.
