Median home prices in Fairbury fell to $64,000 in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Fairbury fell by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,000 - a 28.9% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Fairbury in the first half of 2016.
