Chatsworth median home prices fell by 45% in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Chatsworth fell by $27,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $33,000 - a 45% decrease over the $60,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Chatsworth in 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Chatsworth for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,148, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for 2020.
