Pontiac median home prices rose by 7.6% in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Pontiac rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 7.6% increase over the $72,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Pontiac in August 2020.
