July 2021: Forrest experienced a 159.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Forrest rose by $84,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 159.7% increase over the $52,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Forrest in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Forrest for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,404, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
