Pricing for the median home in Pontiac increased during November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Pontiac rose by $11,200 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $76,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pontiac in November 2018.
