Pricing for the median home in Odell increased during August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Odell rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Odell in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Odell for 2019 was $1,982. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,904. This marks an increase of 4.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
