March 2019: Home prices in Odell increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Odell rose by $46,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,500 - a 77.5% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Odell in March 2018.
