Home prices increased in Pontiac during March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Pontiac rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Pontiac in March 2017.
