Median home prices in Dwight fell to $84,170 in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Dwight fell by $45,580 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,170 - a 35.1% decrease over the $129,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Dwight in March 2017.
