November 2017: Pontiac experienced a 110.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Pontiac rose by $56,750 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,000 - a 110.7% increase over the $51,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pontiac in November 2016.
