Pontiac median home prices rose by 6% in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Pontiac rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,500 - a 6% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Pontiac in July 2016.
