Home prices increased in Pontiac during March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Pontiac rose by $21,250 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 36.2% increase over the $58,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pontiac in March 2016.
