On Feb. 11, Kortney Ziegler purchased a two bedroom home at 1230 S Mill St., Pontiac from Billy Hart for $74,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,587.62, 2.13% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $75,000 on Dec. 12, 2002.

So far in February 2022, three properties sold in Pontiac.
