On March 1, Pontiac Bp Holdings LLC purchased a commercial property at 1909 W. Reynolds St., Pontiac from Maruti Corp. for $1,250,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $25,726.04, 2.06% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold on Dec. 28, 2006 for $1,152,800.

This property is one of four sales so far in Pontiac in March 2022.
