Downs home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Downs rose by $156,525 while total sales decreased by 78.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,000 - an 81.7 percent increase over the $191,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Downs in the first half of 2021.
