Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of the McLean County Board met in Room 400 of the Government Center, 115 E. Washington Street, Bloomington, Illinois.
Members Present: Vice Chairman Jim Soeldner, Members, Chuck Erickson, Susan Schafer, Josh Barnett, Catherine Metsker, George Wendt, Randall
Martin and Elizabeth Johnston
Members Absent: Chairman John McIntyre
Other Board Members
Present: None
Staff Present: Cassy Taylor, County Administrator; Cathy Dreyer Assistant County Administrator; Anthony Grant, Assistant County Administrator; Chris Spanos, First Assistant State’s Attorney – Civil Division, Julie Morlock, Recording Secretary.
Others/Department Heads/Elected Officials Present: None
Vice Chairman Soeldner called to order a special meeting of the Executive Committee at 5:13 p.m. and declared a quorum.
Vice Chairman Soeldner presented for action a request to approve an Emergency Appropriation Ordinance Amending the McLean County Fiscal Year 2022 Combined Annual Appropriation and Budget Ordinance for Jail Medical.
Motion by Johnston/Schafer to recommend approval of an Emergency Appropriation Ordinance Amending the McLean County Fiscal Year 2022 Combined Annual Appropriation and Budget Ordinance for Jail Medical.
Motion Carried.
Vice Chairman Soeldner indicated there was no further business to come before the Committee and adjourned the meeting at 5:13 p.m.
