c) Request approval of a Motor Fuel Tax Resolution

a) Request by the Ecology Action Center (EAC) to approve renewal of a three-year McLean County Solid Waste Program agreement between the EAC, McLean County, the City of Bloomington and the Town of Normal 

b) Request approval of a Host Community Agreement between Henson Disposal and McLean County to establish a solid waste transfer facility as requested by the Ecology Action Center.

2) Items to be presented for information:

a) Ecology Action Center Solid Waste Program reports for the first and second quarters of 2022; 

b) Ecology Action Center Storm Water Education Program reports for the first and second quarters of 2022;
