Village of Cullom Board of Trustees met Oct. 25.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

Mayor Hahn called the Regular Meeting of the Cullom Village Board to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall.

Members Present: Hahn, Flessner, Mills, Jehle, Krause and K. Meister

Absent: J. Meister, Rock and Wallrich

Also Present: None

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: All present took part in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag

Minutes: Motion to accept, by consent agenda, the September 27, 2022 regular meeting minutes was made by Mills/Jehle- M/C

Public: None

Maintenance Report:

New truck is in transit and the box is waiting in Peoria

Discussion was held on what to do with the old truck once the new one arrives

Attorney Report: None

Clerk Report: Mills/Jehle made the motion to pay the monthly bills totaling $29,749.03

Treasurer Report: Jehle/Mills made the motion to accept the report as presented

Old Business:

Water Tower -Construction Permit Extension Contract is being sent for signature

Water Metering/Project/Billing - Water meters will be read on November 1, 2022

Un-sewered Community Grant - No new information

Property Access Agreement - No new information

Property Liens - No new information

Property Offers - No new information

New Business:

None

Any Other Business

Village Trick or Treat hours will be from 4-7 pm on October 31, 2022

Village Truck or Treat hours will be from 4-6 pm October 31, 2022

The Audit information has been sent to the village auditor

Krause/Mills made the motion to donate $200 to the students at Tri-Point High School for Christmas baskets

The Levy will be discussed at the next meeting

Meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm
