Village of Cullom Board of Trustees met Oct. 28.

The Village of Cullom held a Special Board Meeting at the Village Hall at 5:00 p.m.
Members Present: Hahn, Flessner, Mills, Wallrich, Krause, and Rock
Absent: J. Meister, Jehle, and K. Meister
Also Present: Rick Haag and Doug Patten representing Belltown Farms
Tiling Project South of the Village:
The Board met with Doug Patten, Belltown Farms Representative, about tiling south of the village. Belltown is asking for the village to share in repairing the tile that runs from the village into their tile. After discussion, Krause/Rock made the following motion: The village agrees to partner with Belltown to replace our outlet tile south of town with a combination of 18 inch and 24 inch pipe at a village cost of $54,000. All members voted yes by a voiced vote and M/C
After further discussion, a letter of intent for Belltown to purchase the approximately fifteen acres of village property south of town will be drawn up and available at the next board meeting.
