Village of Cullom Board of Trustees met Nov. 22.

Mayor Hahn called the November 22, 2022 Regular Meeting of the Cullom Village Board to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall.
Members Present: Hahn, Flessner, Mills, Jehle, Krause and Rock
Absent: J. Meister (Left for Fire Call), K. Meister and Wallrich
Also Present: Lovell
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: All present took part in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
Minutes: Motion to accept, by consent agenda, the October 25, 2022 regular meeting minutes was made by Rock/Jehle- M/C
Motion to accept, by consent agenda, the October 28, 2022 special meeting minutes was made by Rock/Mills - M/C
Public: None
Maintenance Report:
Suspected hole in culvert at 315 W Jeffery St has been repaired
Christmas lights are up on Main St
New village truck is nearly ready for delivery
Working with EPA on lead/copper sampling that has been sent to us in error
Water meter usage was discussed
Krause/Jehle made the motion to purchase a new heater for the pump house with an estimated cost of $3,000. All voted in favor and M/C
Attorney Report: None
Clerk Report: Rock/Jehle made the motion to pay the monthly bills totaling $64,733.94. All voted in favor and M/C
Treasurer Report: Mills/Rock made the motion to accept the report as presented. ARCH payments for water bills are going smoothly
Old Business:
Water Tower -Krause reported on the Pre-Construction Meeting that was held
Water Metering/Project/Billing - Emails cannot be sent for billing unless the village purchases a new module. It was decided at this time that there was not enough interest and to table the matter until a later date if interest changes
Un-sewered Community Grant - No new information
Property Access Agreement - No new information
Property Liens - No new information
New Business:
Farm Property Contract/Sale - Motion to have Hahn sign the sale contract was made by Rock/Mills. M/C
Levy Ordinance - Jehle/Rock made the motion to accept the levy as written. M/C
Selling the Used Village Truck - After discussion it was decided to have Krause check with listing it with Del Person Auction
Any Other Business
Hahn will participate in a webinar on the use of ARPA money
