a) Request approval of an Emergency Appropriation Ordinance Amending the McLean County Fiscal Year 2022 Combined Annual Appropriation and Budget Ordinance for the County Board, County Clerk, Animal Control, Bloomington Election and County Clerk budgets. 

b) Request approval of an Emergency Appropriation Ordinance Amending the McLean County Fiscal Year 2022 Combined Annual Appropriation and Budget Ordinance for Tort Judgement Fund.

c) Request approval of a Resolution Amending the FY23 Full Time Equivalent Position Resolution. 4

d) Request approval of an Ordinance Transferring Monies from the County General Fund 0001 to the Nursing Home Fund 0401 for Fiscal Year 2023. 

e) Request approval of a compensation change in the McLean County State’s Attorney Office.

Closed Session (if necessary) pursuant to Section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or specific volunteers of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or a volunteer of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.
