LaSalle County municipal officials, including mayors, village board members and school board members, are on the ballot on April 4, the first Tuesday in April.

A total of 359 candidates will compete for 128 municipal offices, including 39 contests for city and village, 29 for park, fire and library boards and 44 for school boards.

There are no voter referendums on the April 4 ballot.

In 2021, the last LaSalle County Consolidated Election, it had 73,644 registered voters and 11,321 cast ballots, or 15.37 percent.

In the 2019 LaSalle County Consolidated Election, it had 72,011 registered voters and 16,556 cast ballots, or 22.99 percent.
