City of Le Roy City Council will meet Feb. 5.

This public meeting will be held in-person in the City Council Chambers, located at 207 S. East Street, Le Roy, Illinois. Masks required if symptomatic or unvaccinated.

Anyone interested in speaking publicly at a City Council or Committee of the Whole Meeting is welcome. The council appreciates all questions and comments, but will not respond to comments at this time. While the Illinois Open Meetings Act mandates that the City Council may NOT take action on comments received on matters that have not been identified on this agenda, council may direct staff to address the topic for action or discussion on the agenda for another meeting.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LE ROY, MCLEAN COUNTY, ILLINOIS AND GARDEN GROVE FARM, LLC.

Presentation/Discussion of the sUAS Drone Proposal followed by a possible motion to approve the purchase of (1) one UVT M3OT Quick Tac Bundle w/Care Enterprise Basic for $13, 231.60 and (1) DJI Avata Quick Tac Bundle for $2,318.99 totaling $15,550.99

∙ Motion

Approval of the annual adjustment in Sewer Rates to reflect the CPI-U index as described within Chapter 8-1-7 Article E of the City of Le Roy Municipal Code as an increase of 4.7% increase in Sewer Department rates only.
