A. CASE 2024-LC-2: HACIENDA LEON II, INC., d/b/a Hacienda Leon, 1 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL
On January 19, 2024, Hacienda Leon II, Inc., d/b/a Hacienda Leon, 1 Uptown Circle, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea and Settlement Agreement was proposed on January 30, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, as this was the first offense for this establishment. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on January 30, 2024 for a fine in the amount of $250.00, which has been paid by the establishment.
5. 2023-24 LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION: FJC HOSPITALITY, LLC., D/B/A FORT JESSE CAFE, 1531 FT. JESSE ROAD, SUITE 1, NORMAL, IL:
We have received the completed application from FJC HOSPITALITY, LLC., d/b/a Fort Jesse Café for a Class D – All Liquor On Premises Liquor License at 1531 Ft. Jesse Road, Suite 1, along with related documents.
RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Class D Liquor License to FJC HOSPITALITY, LLC., d/b/a Fort Jesse Cafe, 1531 Ft. Jesse Road, Suite
1, Normal, Illinois contingent on the payment of license fees and any outstanding inspections from the McLean County Health Department, Normal Fire Inspections Division, or Normal Building Inspection Department.
