D. A Resolution Conditionally Approving the Akanksha Subdivision Final Plat by Expedited Process (111 N. Grove Street)

E. Resolution to Accept Bids and Award a Contract to Rowe Construction, a Division of United Contractors Midwest, Inc., for the 2024 General Street Resurfacing project in the Amount of $3,149,002.42

F. Resolution to Accept Bids and Award a Contract to Rowe Construction, a Division of United Contractors Midwest, Inc., for the 2024 MFT Street Resurfacing project, MFT Section 24-00000-00-GM, in the Amount of $966,331.18
