C. Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement for Technical Planning Services with the McLean County Regional Planning Commission

D. Resolution to Award a Contract to GameTime C/O Cunningham Associates, Inc. for the Purchase of Modular Playground Unit, Individual Units and Surfacing Under the OMNIA Cooperative Purchasing Program for Savannah Park in the Amount of $137,014.92

E. Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Design/Professional Services Contract for a Sculpture Park Master Plan with Hitchcock Design Group in an amount not to exceed $63,600

F. Resolution Authorizing Staff to Execute a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract (GESC) with Veregy, LLC for Work at the Children’s Discovery Museum and Ecology Action Center in the Amount of $1,533,698 and Authorizing Associated Budget Adjustment
