The Illinois Wesleyan University women's golf team emerged victorious at the WashU Spring Invitational on April 7, 2024. Competing at Crescent Farms Golf Club in Crescent, Missouri, the Titans secured their win with a combined score of 604 over two days (296-308). They were the only team to have five players finish in the top 15.

Illinois Wesleyan's performance placed them ahead of several ranked teams. The host, Washington University (WashU), ranked eighth nationally, finished second with a score of 610. WashU's 'B' team took third place at 635, followed by Macalester and Carleton in fourth and fifth places with scores of 637 and 639, respectively.

Senior Lexi Onsrud led Illinois Wesleyan with a third-place individual finish scoring a total of 148 over two rounds. Emma Thorman tied for fourth place with a score of 150. Jacque O'Neill secured seventh place at 152, while Jadyn Spinks tied for ninth at 155. Macy Ludwig completed the top scorers for Illinois Wesleyan by tying for eleventh place with a score of 157. Onsrud, Thorman, O'Neill, and Spinks received all-tournament honors.

Illinois Wesleyan's 'B' team was spearheaded by senior Rachel Ducaji who tied for fifteenth overall after scoring a total of 159 (75-84) over two rounds.

Next on the schedule for Illinois Wesleyan is their home tournament—the Kathy Niepagen Spring Fling—set to take place from April 13 to April 14 at Ironwood Golf Course in Normal, Illinois.
