City of Bloomington Committee of the Whole met Oct. 21.

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

(Presentation by Josh Hansen, Total Compensation & Process Improvement Manager; Mose Rickey, Public Works Director; Colleen Winterland, Asst. Public Works Director, 20 minutes; and City Council Discussion, 15 minutes.) 

B. Presentation by the Bloomington Housing Authority, as requested by the Administration Department. (Recommended Motion: None; Presentation only.) (Presentation by Tasha Aje'Scott, Executive Director of the Bloomington Housing Authority, 15 minutes; and City Council Discussion, 15 minutes.)
