A. CASE 2024-LC-14: CASEY'S RETAIL COMPANY, D/B/A Casey's #2267, 1930 N. Linden Street, Normal, IL:

On August 24, 2024, Casey’s Retail Company, d/b/a/ Casey’s #2267, 1930 N. Linden Street, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $500.00, as this was the second offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $500.00, which has been paid by the establishment.

B. CASE 2024-LC-15: LOS POTRILLOS INC., D/B/A Los Potrillos Real Mexican Cuisine, 201 N. Landmark Drive, Normal, IL:

On August 24, 2024, Los Potrillos INC., d/b/a Los Potrillos Real Mexican Cuisine, 201 N. Landmark Drive, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, as this was first offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, which has been paid by the establishment.

C. CASE 2024-LC-16: HEATERZ DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LLC., D/B/A Heaterz Hot Chicken, 100 S. Fell Street, Suite 101, Normal, IL:

On August 24, 2024, Heaterz Development Company LLC., d/b/a Heaterz Hot Chicken, 100 S. Fell Street, Suite 101, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, as this was the first offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, which has been paid by the establishment.

D. CASE 2024-LC-17: JDHQ HOTELS LLC., D/B/A Bloomington Normal Marriot, 201 Broadway Avenue, Normal, IL:

On August 24, 2024, JDHQ Hotels LLC., d/b/a Bloomington Normal Marriot, 201 Broadway Avenue, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, as this was the second offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, which has been paid by the establishment.

E. CASE 2024-LC-18: WINGMEN V, LLC., D/B/A Buffalo Wild Wings, 603 S. Main Street, Normal, IL:

On August 24, 2024, Wingmen V, LLC., d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings, 603 S. Main Street, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, as this was the first offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, which has been paid by the establishment.

F. CASE 2024-LC-19: MAGGIE MILEY’S INC., D/B/A Maggie Miley’s, 126 E. Beaufort Street, Normal, IL:

On August 24, 2024, Maggie Miley’s INC., d/b/a Maggie Miley’s, 126 E. Beaufort Street, furnished alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. A Stipulation, Guilty Plea, and Settlement Agreement was proposed on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, as this was the first offense for this establishment in two years. Commissioner Koos entered an Order on September 5, 2024, for a fine in the amount of $250.00, which has been paid by the establishment.

5. REPORT – SECOND INSTALLMENTS OF LICENSE PAYMENTS:

Four Licensees elected to pay their fee in two installments. All License holders met the September 30, 2024, deadline; thus no late fees were charged.

6. 2024-25 LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION: AMERICAN DRUG STORES, LLC., D/B/A OSCO DRUG #3073, 901 S. COTTAGE AVENUE, NORMAL, IL:

We have received the completed application from American Drug Stores, LLC., d/b/a Osco Drug #3073 for a Class D – All Liquor – On Premises Liquor License at 901 S. Cottage Avenue, along with related documents. This application is for a change of corporate ownership.

RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Class D Liquor License to American Drug Stores, LLC., d/b/a Osco Drug #3073, 901 S. Cottage Avenue, Normal, Illinois contingent on the payment of license fees and any outstanding inspections from the McLean County Health Department, Normal Fire Inspections Division, or Normal Building Inspection Department.

7. 2024-25 VIDEO GAMING APPLICATION: NORMAL FIREHOUSE PIZZA & PUB, LLC, D/B/A FIREHOUSE PIZZA & PUB, 129 E. BEAUFORT STREET, SUITE D, NORMAL, IL:

We have received the completed application from Normal Firehouse Pizza & Pub, LLC, d/b/a Firehouse Pizza & Pub for a Video Gaming License, 4 machines at 129 E. Beaufort Street, Suite D, along with related documents.

RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommends approval of a Video Gaming License to Normal Firehouse Pizza & Pub, LLC, d/b/a Firehouse Pizza & Pub, 129 E. Beaufort Street, Suite D, Normal, Illinois contingent on the payment of video gaming fees and any outstanding inspections from the McLean County Health Department, Normal Fire Inspections Division, or Normal Building Inspection Department.
