APPEARANCE BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ON NON-AGENDA RELATED TOPICS (An opportunity is provided for members of the public to address the public officials on matters not listed below. Public comment will not exceed 20 minutes. Each member of the public will be allowed 3 minutes of commentary.)

7:00 P.M. - Case ZA-24-02, an application of the McLean County Land Use and Development Committee in case ZA-24-02. This is a text amendment of the Zoning Ordinance of the Code of McLean County Chapter 350 Section 350-26 - Definitions, and 350-43.OO - Use Standards for a Major Utility: to add a definition of a Battery Energy Storage System, and to provide use standards for a Battery Energy Storage System.

7:15 P.M. - Case ZA-24-03, an application of Nichols Tillage Tools, Inc., in case ZA-24-03 on parcels 13-35-351-012 and 13-35-352-001. It is requesting a map amendment to change the zoning classification from C-Commercial District to M-1 Restricted Manufacturing District on property in Dry Grove Township at 14180 Carole Dr., Bloomington, IL.
