This is a text amendment of the Zoning Ordinance of the Code of McLean County Chapter 350 Section 350-26 - Definitions, and 350-43.OO - Use Standards for a Major Utility: to add a definition of a Battery Energy Storage System, and to provide use standards for a Battery Energy Storage System.
7:15 P.M. - Case ZA-24-03, an application of Nichols Tillage Tools, Inc., in case ZA-24-03 on parcels 13-35-351-012 and 13-35-352-001. It is requesting a map amendment to change the zoning classification from C-Commercial District to M-1 Restricted Manufacturing District on property in Dry Grove Township at 14180 Carole Dr., Bloomington, IL.
