A. Consideration and Action to Approve the Minutes of the October 21, 2024, Regular Committee of the Whole Meeting, as requested by the City Clerk Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Minutes be approved.)

A. Presentation and Discussion on Housing Rehabilitation Programs, as requested by the Department of Community Impact & Enhancement and the Administration Department.
