1. New business: discussion regarding process for non-certified hires with new F & P Commissioners. No ACTION.
2. Request to go into Executive Session for Oral Interviews with Police candidates
V. EXECUTIVE SESSION-PERSONNEL MATTERS as authorized under Section 2C2 of the Illinois Open Meetings Act
VI. OPEN FORUM
A. ACTION: To allow the Police Chief to establish a Police Officer eligibility list upon compilation of successful written and oral interview scores
B. ACTION: To allow the Police Chief to proceed with offering the top two non- certified candidates a conditional offer of employment
C. ACTION: Upon successful completion of background investigation and all pre- requisite testing, allow the Police Chief to hire candidates in order of established eligibility list
