Coming off a recent game against the top-ranked team in the country, the Illinois State football team, currently ranked No. 9/10, is preparing for a conference matchup at Murray State this Saturday. Head Coach Brock Spack will discuss preparations and insights from last week’s contest during The Brock Spack Show, held live at Schooners in Bloomington on Thursday at 6 p.m.
Coach Spack will be joined by Redbird football play-by-play announcer John Fitzgerald and color analyst Ted Schmitz. The show will include discussions about lessons learned from facing the Bison and strategies for the upcoming game against Murray State. Senior tight end Javon Charles and tight ends coach CJ Irvin are scheduled as special guests.
Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington, near Clinton Boulevard. Fans unable to attend can listen to the broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities or stream it live on GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network.
